

SVP, Marketing and Product Management
Susan joined Good Technology in September 2010 as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management. Susan has held a number of senior marketing positions in the software, channel, and telecommunications industries. She has an extensive background in marketing and business management, including serving as Vice President, Consumer Desktops at Gateway, Inc. and in several executive roles in marketing and product management at Compaq Computer Corporation. At Compaq, Susan defined and managed the development, introduction, and marketing of the Presario brand, establishing Compaq as a leader in the consumer PC market and building the company’s consumer business to a $2B global operation. She was also instrumental in launching Compaq into the web-based direct PC sales channel.
Susan also served as interim SVP of Marketing for Good Technology (then Visto Corporation) from December 2005 through June 2006, leading the development of the worldwide marketing function for the company. As an independent consultant, Susan has worked with a variety of technology startups and midsized companies, supporting their efforts to launch and build sustainable businesses. Clients included Health Travel Guides; Shell Services International; Mobile Automation; Planitax; and Omniware America.
Earlier in her career, Susan held marketing roles at ShareData, Inc.; CYMA/McGraw-Hill, Inc.; MicroAge Computer Stores, Inc.; and Continental Telecom, Inc
Susan holds a B.A. with Honors in International Business from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Mercer University where she received the Outstanding Achievement in Marketing award.
